We already limit how sensitive information is used. When you tell us something sensitive, such as the care needs, health situation, or age of the person you are seeking care for, we use it only to respond to your inquiry and to provide and coordinate the services you asked about. We do not use sensitive information for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
On this website, sensitive information usually means details you choose to share about health conditions, disabilities, or care needs, whether your own or those of a family member, along with related details such as age or program eligibility. Health information created once care begins is protected separately under federal and Pennsylvania law and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can request from our office.
If you would like us to confirm or further limit how sensitive information you provided is used, submit a request below or contact us directly. There is no charge, and we will never treat you differently for making a privacy request. Our Privacy Policy and our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page describe your other choices, including access, correction, and deletion.

We will confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching the details you provide against our records and following up by phone or email. If someone is requesting on your behalf, we will ask for proof they are authorized to act for you. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and if any part of a request cannot be fulfilled, for example because program rules require us to keep certain records, we will explain why.
