The Site Is Informational, Not Medical Advice

Using the Site

• Use the Site to send false, deceptive, or misleading information, or to transmit viruses, spam, or other harmful material
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, and the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive any termination.

The Miracle Makers Home Care name and logo are trademarks of Miracle Makers. Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us, those messages are governed by the text messaging terms in our Privacy Policy. In short: consent is not a condition of receiving any service, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you can reply HELP or contact our office for assistance.

Reviews and Submissions

If you send us a testimonial, review, comment, or other feedback and give us permission to share it, you grant Miracle Makers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content, with your first name, in connection with promoting our services. You can withdraw this permission for future use at any time by contacting us. Please do not include health details or other sensitive information about yourself or others in public reviews or comments.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miracle Makers and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law in connection with the Site, or your infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of any third party through your use of the Site.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Miracle Makers regarding your use of the Site, and they supersede any prior understandings on that subject. They do not modify or replace any signed service agreement, employment agreement, or other written contract between you and Miracle Makers, which will control for its own subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Miracle Makers.
