Being responsible for a loved one is a hard task to do by yourself when they are transitioning! Miracle Makers Home Care proudly provides compassionate, person-centered care for adults throughout Pennsylvania, offering specialized in-home services through the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).
Through OLTL, our caregivers support older adults and adults with physical disabilities who need assistance with daily living activities, require long-term services, are recovering from surgery or an injury, or need support to remain safely and independently in their homes.
Through ODP, we provide specialized support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (ID/DD/A). Our trained professionals deliver individualized, person-centered care tailored to each person's unique goals, abilities, and support needs, promoting independence, community participation, and an enhanced quality of life while providing peace of mind for individuals and their families.
